Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation: Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation will detail: Appointment date and time Service package selected Address for the service Contact information for the detailer Please review the confirmation carefully and inform us immediately if any details need correction. Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods as specified in the booking confirmation. - Failure to pay the deposit within 24 hours of booking confirmation may result in the cancellation of your appointment. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit card, or electronic transfer. Receipts will be provided for all transactions. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling: - Clients may reschedule their appointments with at least 48 hours' notice. To reschedule, please contact us by phone or email. - We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date and time based on availability. - A new booking confirmation will be issued for the rescheduled appointment. Cancellations: - Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours' notice. Clients who cancel with proper notice will forfeit their deposit but will not incur additional charges. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit and may incur additional charges, depending on the circumstances. No-Show Policy: - If a client fails to be present at the agreed time and location without prior notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show. The deposit will be forfeited. - To reschedule a no-show appointment, a new deposit will be required.
